Where is In-Store Pickup offered?

In-Store Pickup is currently available at Gordon’s Grooming in Plymouth, IN 

 

What days do you offer In-Store Pickup?

In-Store Pickup is currently available every day 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. 

These hours are are subject to change. Holidays may affect store hours and pickup hours. You are welcome to call and see if we will be in the salon later than 4:00 pm on a given day

 

What is the cutoff time for In-Store Pickup?

All orders received by 3:00 pm are eligible for same day In-Store Pickup.

 

What if I place my order after the cutoff time?

All In-Store Pickup orders placed after 3:00 pm will be available for pickup the following day, starting at 9:00 am. 

 

How long does it take to process my order?

In-Store Pickup orders are completed within 2 hours of receiving. We will contact all customers as soon as their orders are ready. Customers must wait for this email confirmation before picking up their orders. Once notified, customers may pick up their orders any time during our normal store hours.

 

What can I buy online?

Not all items are available for In-Store Pickup.  If you don't see what you want or need, no worries, we may still have it in the store!

We are working on adding more and more products to our list of items available for In-Store Pickup.

 

How much does In-Store Pickup cost?

Our In-Store Pickup service is FREE. Customers simply pay for their items, with no additional fees applied.

 

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

No.

 

How do I order?

All orders must be placed on our website *Insert*. Please select In-Store Pickup and verify store location during checkout.

Where is Same-Day Home Delivery offered?

Same-Day Home Delivery is available to residential street addresses within Plymouth, Indiana.

If you live outside of our delivery area but still would appreciate delivery, just contact us and we will see if we are able to deliver to you.

 

What days do you deliver?

Same-Day Home Delivery is available 7 days a week, excluding major holidays.

 

What are your delivery hours?

Orders are normally delivered from 4 PM to 7 PM.*

 

What is the order cutoff time for Same-Day Home Delivery?

All orders received by 3:00 PM on a regular business day will be delivered that day by 7:00 PM.*

 

What if I place my order after the cutoff time?

Any delivery orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the following, non-holiday business day by 7:00 PM.*

 

How much does Same-Day Home Delivery cost?

Same-Day Home Delivery is FREE for all purchases over $75.00. All other orders are charged a $5.00 delivery fee.

 

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

No, but all orders less than $75.00 will be charged a $5.00 delivery fee.

 

Do I have to be home?

No. We will always knock or ring the bell when arriving with your order. If no one is home, we will neatly place all items near the front door, unless you have provided special instructions during checkout.

 

Do you deliver frozen raw food or treats?

No. Frozen product is not currently eligible for delivery.

How do I return something purchased online?

All returns must be processed at Gordon’s Grooming

 

Return Policy:

We will gladly refund the full purchase price if you are not satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days, if accompanied by a receipt. Store credit for the current price will be issued for any return without a receipt, or after 30 days. All items must be new and unused condition, with original packaging. 

 

*Rarely, situations out of our control, such as inclement weather or traffic delays, may affect delivery times. We will keep all delivery customers updated during these circumstances.
